Our Ongoing Commitment to Securing Customer Data: Graviti Achieves SOC 2 Type I Certification

We are excited to announce that Graviti has successfully completed System and Organization Controls (SOC) 2 Type 1 certification. The audit was done by Laika, a well-known third-party compliance-as-a-service platform.

SOC 2, an auditing standard developed by the American Institute of Certified Public Accounts (AICPA), identifies criteria on how organizations should manage customer data to assure its security, availability, processing integrity, confidentiality, and privacy. Achieving SOC 2 compliance indicates that Graviti’s controls and processes meet AICPA's Trust Service Criteria.

The certification is a continuation of Graviti's commitment to delivering secured data service. The SOC2 report highlights that Graviti’s controls were designed and implemented to meet the criteria for:

• Security: The system and information are protected against unauthorized access and the data is safely stored on the platform.
• Availability: The system is available for operation and uses with uninterrupted, safe, and unrestricted services.
• Confidentiality: Information designated as confidential is protected as committed.

The SOC2 report provides assurance to Graviti' existing and potential customers that their data is secure and Graviti is providing a higher level of assurance based on these risk-based, operational-focused security and compliance standards, with respect to the services provided to customers as part of our ongoing efforts.
