Q2: If I visit a Retailer/ Dist. for replacement of the product and they refuse to entertain, what should I do?

Ans: You can call the Graviti support centre – 18001038103 and we will provide you the support to get your product replaced at the earliest.

Q3: If i have received a faulty product on replacement?

Ans: You need to inform the Customer Care and the re-replacement unit will be dispatched to You.

Q4: If I have used the product for more than 6 months and ASC/Retailer refuses to replace the product, what should I do?

Ans: Graviti provides 6 months warranty on all products except screen guards and you are eligible for another 6 months of warranty on registration of your product on the Graviti website, Our customer care can assist and educate you about availing this feature.

Q6: Can the mobile power be submerged in water?

Ans: No, the mobile power cannot survive immersion in water.

Q7: Can the power bank be placed in the sun?

Ans: It is not advised to expose the power bank to direct sunlight. Prolonged exposure to heat can reduce its performance.

Q8: How do I know whether the mobile power is fully charged?

Ans: When the mobile power is being fully charged, the indicator lights will blink alternately and power bank will switch auto off.

Q9: Can I use my device when it is being charged by the power bank?

Ans: Yes, you can use the device while charging, but the run time of the mobile power will be altered because you are consuming battery power while using the device.

Q10: Are lithium polymer batteries safe?

Ans: Yes, Lithium polymer batteries are one of the safest and most efficient battery technology at present.

Q11: How can I give proper care and maintenance to the battery? Do I have to charge it for 12 hours forthe first three times?

Ans: The batteries are factory activated and have undergone aging treatment, so user can just use it as normal. The best maintenance is to charge and discharge the product fully to maximize battery cycle life.

Q12: What does the circuit protection system of Graviti products include?

Ans: The circuit protection includes: – overcharging, over-discharging, over-current, overheating, current Limiting, power limiting, voltage limiting.

Q13: Can power bank charge the IPhone also?

Ans: Yes, power bank can charge the I-Phone but customer should have “I” dock cable or”I phone USBCable”.

Q14: How many Authorized service Centre does Graviti have?

Ans: Graviti currently has 7 Authorized service centres at the locations – Delhi, Mumbai, Chennai, Hyderabad, Pune & Kolkata.

Q15: What is the difference about Lithium Polymer Battery and cylindrical battery?

Ans: Lithium polymer batteries are rectangular in shape and are very thin. These batteries are used in a variety of devices from laptop computers & cell phones Cylindrical batteries are heavier than that of polymer batteries.

Q16: Are Graviti power banks capable of charging Apple MacBook?

Ans: Not for now

Q17: Are Graviti power banks capable of charging laptop?

Ans: Power bank cannot charge a laptop as laptop needs 16-20V output port for charge.

Q18: Can Graviti power banks charge two mobile phones at the same time?

Ans: Yes, it can support simultaneous charging of two mobile phones at the same time (depends on Model)

Q19: If my device is still charging after being fully charged by the power bank, will it have serious effects?

Ans:  No, Graviti power bank have a built-in overcharge protection circuit and automatic cut-off feature. Once the device is fully charged, the power bank power will automatically cut off and activate the Power saving mode.

Q20: How can I turn off the LED light of Charger Station?

Ans: User may press the Light on/off button on the panel to turn off the LED light.

Q21: Can I return the product if I am not happy with it?

Ans: Products once sold cannot be returned. However, if a product is found defective it will be replaced.

Q22: The Graviti external power bank gets warm when it is charging or discharging, is this normal?

Ans: Yes, this is normal for the charger and device to get warm during charging and discharging, and they may get even warmer if you use your device, for example: play video or game while charging.

Q23: How do I know which power bank suits my device?

Ans: For example: – If your phone battery is 1500mAh and is 0% now, a power bank with 2200mAh can
charge your phone 1 time.
If your phone battery is 3000mAh and is 0% now, a power bank with 2200mAh will not be able to
charge your phone to full because the phone battery capacity is higher than the power bank.
If you require a power bank that is able to charge your phone several times, you need a power bank
with higher capacity.

Q24: My Power bank is unable to charge my tablet?

Ans: We recommend power bank with 2A output to charge tablets while some tablets can accept lower input (1A or 1.5A); the charging is slower and sometimes can only be charged when the tablet is in sleep mode.

Q25: Why do we need a power bank?

Ans: It can recharge your phone anytime, anywhere so you don’t go offline in the middle of a working day or even when you are travelling.

Q26: What is mAh?

Ans: mAh is an abbreviation of “milliamp ere hour”. A milliamp ere hour (mAh) is 1000th of an ampereHour (Ah).
Both measures are commonly used to describe the energy charge that a battery will hold and how long a device will run before the battery needs recharging.
Banks capacity is measured in mAh to give you an indication of how much power they hold and how many times they can charge your device.

Q27: How many times can the power bank charge my phone / device?

Ans: It can be found out by simple calculation:-
For example: – Power Bank: 10000mAh (full at 90%).
Phone Battery: 1500mAh.
Calculation: (10000mAh x 90% x 80%) / 1500mAh = up to 5 times.
(Why 90%? Assuming the power bank is well maintained in good working condition and can conserve
Up to 90% power)
(Why 80%? An estimate of 20% power is consumed during the charging/ discharging process)

Q28: Will the power bank damage my mobile?

Ans: Graviti power bank uses original high-precision UL certified battery, and has passed all kinds of security tests. It will not damage mobiles.

Ans: It’s normal; the temperature may increase if you continuously use the charger for a long period.
